John Wycliffe (1328-1384) was an English theologian, scholar and reformer who changed the world by translating the Bible into English, for the first time ever, so ordinary people could read it. He then argued that Scripture, not the pope, was the highest authority for Christian faith and practice. This led to the Protestant Reformation. Today, Wycliffe Bible Translators is close to translating the Bible into almost all of the 7400 languages of our world

A thing of beauty

All three colours of this look beautiful but I went with black to be more understated. It has a wonderful sheen to it, and is undoubtedly very high quality Italian vegetable tan leather. The painted sealed edges of the leather are so carefully and professionally done, that at a glance while carrying it you want to examine it more, but know you probably shouldn't be so obsessed. Would be wonderful for a daily breast pocket wallet too with a 3.5" x 5" notebook (0.5" shorter than field notes). Support told me that this is also RFID blocking, which isn't mentioned on the page at this time of writing. I can't recommend this exceptional piece enough, and Dave I believe you have outdone yourself here.
