A Drawstring Closure That is Easy to Open and Close

When the leather drawstring is completely extended, the top of the bag can be opened up really wide, so it's easy to dig through and find what you need. Once you're done, just cinch the leather drawstring closure back tight, then fold the top flap over and buckle it down. This also acts as a double security feature for your 12" Leather Drawstring Backpack.

Leather Drawstring Backpack Lined With Pigskin

The back portion of the inside is lined with pigskin. This adds strength to the leather drawstring backpack since pigskin is stronger than leather.     Best Backpack EVER!

    I have wanted a backpack purse for a long time now as carrying a tote style on my shoulder has become cumbersome since getting injured. I wanted real leather and came across this little gem after searching various sites. I always came back to this one and decided to buy it in Tobacco. The day it came in the mail I was so excited. I smelled it before I saw it and that real leather smell is so good. This bag is simply perfect. It’s exactly what I wanted and needed without even knowing it! It holds way more than you’d think and because I’m obsessed with matching (and now this company) I had to buy a wallet, pen pouch, sunglasses case and an organizer to go with it! I even got an AirTag keychain for my car keys. The quality and craftsmanship on every item I’ve bought is top notch. It’s beautiful, and you can tell that a lot of detail and attention went in to creating not only the backpack but everything they make. This might sound lame but you can feel the love in the products. I feel happy every time I pick up something I’ve bought. After reading the company bio I knew why. If you’re on the fence on whether to buy this backpack, don’t be! You’ll love it! You’re investing in a great company and a product that will last…and I really do think family will fight over it when I die, as their slogan says!

    Pure Perfection

    I ADORE this bag! I’m pretty minimalistic and this bag works for me as a mom bag for my 3 kiddos. I love that it’s already soft so it’s comfortable right out of the box and no breaking in is required. It’s just beautiful. In the sleeve I fit 2 diapers and a small package of wipes. In the main body I put in my hand lotion, a pouch with first aid needs, a pouch with some snack bars, hand sanitizer, lip balm, and have room to spare yet the profile is on the smaller side with no bulk. Definitely recommend if you’re on the fence and I’d love to buy it in tobacco next. Would love to see this in a black!

    Great backpack

    Love the pack, using as a purse, just wish it had a slip pocket for easy access to a phone and a hook for keys so they don’t get buried on the bottom.

    I have waited for years for this!

    I have been through so many backpacks to find something like this. Soft, smooshy, classic Saddleback style that you can use EVERY SINGLE DAY! I am over the moon and can’t believe I waited so long. This is the bag I would actually sell every other bag I own for! It’s light, has the larger internal pocket to have a bit of separation. Easy under the arm to get to anything you need as it’s flexible. Dave and team have outdone themselves. I will be ordering this bag in every color!
