11" MacBook Pro
First of all I have waaaay too many SBL bags, so I am a fan. That said, this sleeve suits my needs well. It is a loose fit as the description suggests. I wasn't sure about that, but have to say I found that I really like the ability to reach in my bag and slip it right out with the sleeve staying in place. It provide cosmetic protection if I keep the computer in the sleeve, and if it fell I think it would provide scratch/dent protection. If you turn it upside down, the computer will slip right out, so if you are expecting a snug fit, this isn't that. As with all SBL leather products, it is classy and will wear beautifully.

I can't speak to the newest ipad pro's but for the previous version with the 12.9 inch size, I have mine in a very minimal rubber "skin" like case with no external screen cover. It fits perfectly (after a little break in period depending on the size of the case you use with the saddlenotebook) with the larger saddle back notebook that has a built in pocket for the 12.9 in iPad Pro. However, I found that when I'm not packing a a bunch of paper and an "normal' notebook around, this macbook case is a perfect fit to provide just the right amount of projection to my iPad without as much bulk as the padfolio made for the iPad. Just thought I'd share if you were looking for a "sleeve" for your iPad pro that would accommodate a basic, minimalist rubber case to prevent scratches and provide some protection should you drop it. I also have a screen protector that filters out blue light hoping to cure my chronic insomnia but it sticks directly to the screen so it takes up no room. Highly recommend this for your macbook or iPad pro (again I haven't tried it out with the latest iPad Pro's with the bigger screens but am getting ready to upgrade and plan to take both my saddleback padfolio and macbook sleeve to see if they'll fit as well before I shell out more money for another iPad. I think I have the 13in version - if you have a bigger case on yours or the new Ipad pros are bigger, I'm sure the 15in version would fit. I didn't look to see if Saddleback has dedicated leather sleeves for ipads currently but I particularly like this one and use it as my primary iPad case because I can keep a fairly thin rubber case on at all time that covers everything but the screen and this adds that extra protection I want when I'm walking around the office with a stack of papers for a meeting or when I toss it in my back pack (saddleback backpack of course - favorite bag for work over an above pretty much every briefcase they make - it's amazing how good it looks, how much more it will fit that the largest briefcase, and how much more comfortable it is when I'm carrying a heavy load home for the weekend).

High quality laptop sleeve
Bought for my old 15 inch Macbook Pro, and it is perfect fit. The sleeve also fits comfortably in the "Simple Weatherproof Canvas Messenger Bag".

Awesome laptop sleeve!
I love pulling my laptop out of this sleeve. The combo of well made leather goods and new tech may seem ironic, but i think they meld together wonderfully. The sleeve best feature is the air protection. When I throw my laptop in the sleeve and into my bag, I know I’m not the gentlest. The sleeve i gives me a piece of mind that my laptop isn’t going to be damaged from physical forces.
