Saddleback is looking for a go getter with a background in sales to take the lead on building connections that lead to sales. You will be our representative at trade shows around the country and follow up with contacts to close the deal.  This will be a commission based position.  If you like the chase of the sale, are self motivated and directed and are familiar with creating your own success, this might be the right position for you.

Important Details:

  • Location - Must live in the Fort Worth area or willing to relocate. Currently a split of on-site and remote, but will be more on-site in the next few years
  • Travel - Possibly to U.S.,Mexico, Africa, Europe and various other places

  • Technology - High Speed, reliable internet connection required
  • Position - Full Time Employment, commission based pay

 

This will get you to the top of the stack:

  • Minimum 2 years proven outside sales experience: Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or related roles with a successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience interacting with customers and prospects, doing discovery calls and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Experience working for a ecommerce company a plus

 

Essential Duties:

  • Attend Events, Conventions, and Trade Shows to drive revenue and increase brand awareness.
  • You will proactively reach out to potential customers, often through phone calls, emails, or other communication channels, to introduce the company products and services.
  • Prospect and generate leads. Conduct research to identify potential customers and reach out to them via phone calls, emails, or other communication channels to introduce our products/services and establish interest.
  • Conduct sales calls with potential customers to present our offerings, explain product features, benefits, and pricing, and address any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects and existing customers. Nurture long-term partnerships, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Set and achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals
