Terrific, please make these in bigger sizes!

I've been carrying these daily and they develop a great patina after a few months. These are great for an idea/hobby/misc EDC notebook when you want to avoid electronic distractions. I also use them as car maintenance logbooks and gun collection recordkeeping...and they make excellent gifts. Pro tip: keep a few sticky notes in the rear pages so you always have some on you. After about 8 months of hard use, my daily notebook's end pages have started to tatter, but the leather and stitching is holding strong. I plan to keep the leather after the papers have reached end of life and sew in a more durable material like resume paper or parchment. I would love to see these in journal and letter sizes, they are the perfect balance of thinness and flexibility, two traits that unfortunately seem to be mutually exclusive with full-grain leather in these market segments.

    Fantastic notebooks

I got these notebooks on a whim. I asked if they were fountain pen friendly. Sadly, they're not. But fountain pens are a niche group, and I will not fault the overall quality of these for not catering to a small group of individuals. The overall quality of the paper, the leather, and the stitching are top notch. These work great with just about any other type of pen. Highly recommended if you're looking for something unique, that could one day be up cycled to something new when they're full. Thank you Fallon for the help.

    Leather Pocket Notebooks

Very nice notebooks. Classy, good size, excellent quality. They'd be PERFECT if they were refillable or 40% less as is.

    I love the notebooks

The notebooks are really neat. As others have said, I wish the paper was replaceable. By the time I get patina on the leather, the paper will be used up. Maybe instead of stitching the paper in, use a thin leather lace tied through the paper and leather at the top and bottom. Something that can be tied and untied to add paper. This is what I’ll do when I need to. The leather is too nice to throw it away.

Great Idea But Can Be Even Better

So I bought three sets of these leather pocket notebooks to give away to friends, family and co-workers in tobacco, DCB, and chestnut. They are a great idea, are the perfect size, come with a great long-lasting cover but I have two suggestions for making them even better: figure out a way to make the paper replaceable when needed so you can re-use the fabulous durable cover and include the monogramming in the $29 price.
