    Feel good

I wanted a pair of these for a while, but had a hard time justifying spending this much on myself. When I started a work from home job though, I decided that the expense would be worth it. I bought these almost a year ago and I wear them nearly every day. They've held up great, feel good, don't get too hot, and don't get smelly. Really a great house slipper.

    Best shearing slippers ever

I've had multiple LL Bean Wicked Good moc's,but moved to overland for better quality. Overland increased prices 50%, which got me shopping to see what else is available at the $150+ price point. I gave these a shot and really lucked out. The quality of materials and craftsmanship make everything I've had look like Dollar Store imitators. It's that big of a difference. No more plastic soles that come apart from the shoe. The shearing is fare denser than anything I've ever had, and the pile is holding up nicely in the 4 months I've had them. I can say the pile has just finally compressed to my feet for a perfect custom and cozy fit. The sole is full leather, and every bit as good than what I find on dress shoes. Due to the thick soles, the shoe uppers are keeping their structure far better that the others with thin plastic soles.. I did not know the sole plays such an important role in maintaining the shoes' upper form and shape. The finish on the whole shoe is amazing, and the soles are finished and polished smooth like Italian dress shoes. It seems a shame to walk on them! Since the leather soles are hard finished, they are truly like socks on hardwood. Others brought this up as a negative, but it's easily remedied. Although Saddleback has a video tutorial and directions for scuffing the leather to make them "walkable", I know that scuffing has minimal affect on my other nice dress shoes. Instead, I went on Amazon and bought some self-sticking sole pads made for dress shoes. I even applied some shoe glue to make sure the pads stay on such a slick finished sole. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED! PERFECT! Now I have gorgeous comfortable Rolls Royce house shoes that look fantastic, walk great, and are amazingly comfortable. And I spent about the same money as I would have for half the quality elsewhere. I wear a 10 in shous but bought size 11 as recommended. Perfect.

    Moccasins

A few days into wearing them. Feet not sweating, leather feels solid. Bottom of the shoe is very slippery at first but just wear it on the driveway a couple times and it will get some traction. Definitely go with the larger size if you are debating.

    Sheepskin Mocassins

I am wildly confused as to what surface these were designed for. They are extraordinarily slippery and don’t seem safe for any surface. Certainly wouldn’t recommend or buy again.

    Sheepskin moccasins

Awesome product. Howe we, the packaging was a major pain. Really? Stuff a hunk of wadded tissue paper into the very distal toe? Took my wife, with small fingers, and a stout hemostat, to get that out. Beyond that, the soles are like teflon. But this too shall pass…
