Warehouse Position - Warehouse Supervisor
Saddleback Leather is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor who is the kind of person who doesn’t wait to be told what needs doing. Someone who sees a problem, owns it, fixes it, and helps the team get stronger in the process. Our Warehouse Supervisor keeps the warehouse running right — making sure orders go out accurate, on time, and done safely, while building order, accountability, and momentum across the team. This role is for a dependable, hands-on leader who can work hard, think clearly, lead by example, and take pride in doing things the right way, even when nobody’s watching.
