Design
This full-grain leather tote bag was designed to be simple, functional, and stylish. The top stays wide open with a laptop sleeve/divider built into the bag that will hold up to a 16" MacBook. An interior and exterior pocket for storing a phone or wallet. Key strap on the inside. This makes for a really great leather purse!
Materials
Our cow leather is full grain. The grain of leather is like the shingles on a roof. If you take off the top part of the leather (the grain) to get rid of the scars then that's like taking the shingles off of the roof. We have only one piece of hardware on this leather tote bag, the key clip. And it is custom hardware made of 316 Stainless Steel. If you are a metallurgist, then I'm sure you just gasped. It's expensive because it's so strong. One of the strongest metals there is. It'll hold your key. And if all of that isn't enough, our thread is a German UV resistant industrial Polyester thread. And thick thread to add texture to the design. It's more expensive thread and overkill for sewing a leather tote bag, but it doesn't deteriorate when the sun hits it like Nylon does. Honestly, this is not just a good looking leather tote, but it will be the ugliest the first day you get it and get more beautiful from there.
