This thing is wide and thick with a low-profile padding on its under-side for long hours. Simple, classy, and fully adjustable for any size player and any ratio of guitar-to-player sling-level (some like it slung low (think Joe Strummer/The Clash, and some high, see also Dwight Yoakam). As seems tradition for Saddleback they've put an original twist on this by adding a tiny notched pocket to hold a pick. This strap works great, looks great, feels great, aaaand (also customary for Saddleback) smells great. Would make a nice gift for the ringer in your life.
So, I've played guitar most of my life. I've lost more guitar pics than I can count. This strap is perfect for keeping a few picks in a handy place. It fits my Martin D-28 perfectly. The neck button is a snug fit keeping the baby snug and securely strapped. The leather, as always, is beautiful, and adds to the classic beauty of the guitar. Construction is top notch and the leather is soft where it touches the guitar. The only draw back is stopping my set to answer questions about where I got the beautiful strap. :)
