saddleback shipped my order and the parcel delivery lost my package. it's a real shame because i received the best support i've had in a long time and many companies could learn from it. when i reached out, they sent me a replacement within a few business days, asked if i'd like to write a gift message, and even offered to help me deliver it to the right person (it was a wedding gift). i got it yesterday and it was as beautiful as other products i've purchased before. keep it up y'all.
Great little tag, others may not be able to see it very well but my new Flight Bag is all about me anyway (I just turned 50 & the bag & tag are gifts for living half a century)
The first time the item is arrived without initials I’ve paid for and without the rivet, then, after I complained this fact to the customer service they told me the the new one is on its way to me. This new one is never ever arrived. I’ve bought from this company 5 different products for at list $2,500, but never again.

They only had the darker leather tags available, but I bought it anyway to go with my new large leather tobacco briefcase. Worked really well and I love the contrast in colour. Even on the little things like this, they have ensured attention to detail and quality. Superb !!
