The Cable bag fills my needs perfectly for a pipe travel kit. Top quality and it holds 2 small bent pipes my zippo and tools along with a Saddleback coin purse for my tobacco.

Awesome
Purchased two Cable Bags, July 2014 for a 3 month, work-trip to Alaska. One (Carbon) was intended to house my Fuji X100S (it fits perfectly along with a small lens and 3 spare batteries). The other (Tobacco) for knick-knack travel supplies. The bags were bigger than I anticipated and have worked remarkably well.� �I'm not gentle with my Saddleback products, particularly while traveling, I need bags//products that can take a beating, while protecting my valuables. My satchel and these two cable bags have made it through flights, drops, Alaskan rainforest (to see the famed Anan bears), boat rides, numerous hikes, loads of rain, snow, mud, sun, and work, all the while keeping camera gear, personal products, an iPhone and iPad Air, dry, unharmed and me a VERY happy girl.��They make cool gifts too! I gave one to a family member stuffed full of goodies!��Have been purchasing Saddleback products since 2011 and have never once been disappointed. I wish I had purchased a cable bag sooner.

Perfect for the typical tech-head.
Being a typical tech head I certainly can tell this is a great cable bag.��It has the perfect size to put it inside a suitcase, backpack or whatever you carry and keep your cables and chargers from making a mess in there.��Being who I am (that is, an app developer for mobile devices) I carry a lot of gadgets around under the excuse it's part of my job. This bag is perfect for the countless usb cables and couple chargers I carry everywhere.��The leather is wonderful. So flexible yet strong it feels almost alive. You can certainly tell this is real leather from a real cow that used to eat real grass... you get the idea.��All in all, it's an excellent bag.

Great for my tool kit
I ride a vintage motorcycle, and after one too many breakdowns without my tools handy... I decided to put together a dedicated tool kit. After about a month of using a home-made denim tool roll, it started to wear through and my wrenches were always staring at me! ��Then my wife got me a Cable Bag in Tobacco for Father's Day, and my tools fit PERFECTLY inside it, along with a pen and notebook, and of course some zip-ties. I love this little bag. Indestructible doesn't even begin to describe it. I will definitely buy another when I need one (which could be any time, really...)!

Pipe Case
Though this is described as a ��cable bag, I purchased this with another use in mind. I am a pipe smoker ��and this pack is perfect to carry 1 or 2 medium-sized pipes, plenty of tobacco, a few packs of matches, and all other paraphernalia that one might need.�Goes without saying, but it makes a great conversation piece, too. I am about to order a second one right now ��perhaps, even for cables.
