Materials
Leather is like a roof. It is strong and durable and protects the house. But imagine if someone shaved the shingles off of your house and there was just wood and tar paper left. That would be terrible. The shingles of a leather hide are called the grain. It is a tough and resistant layer of leather on the top of the hide. Sadly, a lot of companies buy the really inexpensive leather split off from the bottom of the hide that doesn't have any grain on it and then make cheap low quality leather backpacks, purses and leather wallets.

Pigskin is what we use to line the leather wallet with and that makes it doubly as strong. It's much more expensive than using a thin shiny nylon fabric and it feels better too.

This Leather Bifold wallet might be small in size, but it is big in functionality! It has three credit card slots that easily hold multiple cards, an easily accessible coin pouch, as well as an ID card slot. It also has some cool security features including a hidden flat inside for cash or cards you want to keep hidden and a hidden pocket behind the coin pouch for stash cash.
