I love it! Strong and really nice looking bag.
Exterior pocket started to rip at the seem after 4 days of use. The backpack is advertised as being able to easily accommodate water bottles, but the design does not lend itself to that use case. Love 41 offered to repair the backpack, but their solution was to make the pocket even tighter. I requested a refund.
Overall this bag is exactly what I was looking for! Amazing quality! I love the Tabacco color, and it is right around the same size as my old Montana West backpack. I have been thinking of ways to organize the inside since there isn't much storage, but I new that when I bought it. The only reason why I am giving it four stars is because I feel the backpack straps are too short. I have them on the second to last hole and the backpack feels pretty tight on my back (especially in winter when wearing heavy clothes). I don't want to expand the straps to the last hole because the end of the strap will be in the buckle and I don't feel there is enough material their to keep the buckle secure. I wish the straps had 3-5 more inches in length. I wear this as a backpack everyday, so I might look for someone that can make me new straps.
The quality is outstanding. The chestnut leather is a beautiful color. I would have liked a short, wider shoulder strap in addition to the crossbody one. I know the longer strap can be adjusted but I think a short strap would be a nice addition. The hardware is very nice as well. This is definitely a go to bag that will last a lifetime!
