I am pleased with every aspect of this bag! It is very good quality and the size should suit me well. (Any larger and a stronger person should need to carry it for me :D) It arrived EXACTLY as I anticipated. I have a MUCH older Saddleback tote of similar dimensions with a nice inner pocket/flap and that limited what I could pack into it, so I appreciate the exterior pockets (and security waxed canvas flap). I also REALLY see potential for the 4 flat pockets (3 inside and on the back exterior) when travelling and needing to quickly access tickets, passports and other flat items. I am keeping my older tote, OF COURSE, but this will supplant it and become a regular part of my working day, with the convenience of backpack mode and added height to allow for my laptop to slide in without sticking out in view.
I will miss the full pigskin lining that my original tote features, but that's the only(minor) downside I can see, which was not a surprise based on the Love 41 description.

I love, love, love this bag! I use it for my everyday work bag and really my eceruthing bag. My husband and I are pretty spontaneous and will decide to go somewhere over the weekend on a whim. What's great about this bag is that I can take my work or whatever I need for the car in shoulder strap mode and once we get where we are going, I can turn it into a backpack to carry while we are exploring so we have somewhere to put our spoils. It's so versatile and really a lovely bag. I get many, many compliments on it.

Bought this as a birthday gift for my wife. It's REALLY sharp. Very nice quality and the design concept is unique and functional. We really appreciate all the thought and careful planning that goes in to making your products with the finest materials. The craftsmanship is also top notch.

This bag pretty darned near checks all the boxes for a perfect leather bag for me. I love the exterior pockets and their magnetic closures. I love the exterior slip pocket for my phone. The tobacco leather is drop dead gorgeous - already soft and pliable out of the box. I love the option to carry as tote or backpack. I carry both ways. The bag hugs my back in BP mode which is fantastic. The grab handles should be a must on every bag. My only comment, which is far from a deal breaker, is that the BP ring adds bulk to the grab handle. I don't have a very big hand, but no big deal. Just takes some getting used to. The interior slip pockets are still tight but they will relax as I continue to use them. The plaid privacy cover dissuaded me at first, but it really makes the bag unique and quirky. I don't know that I will use it much, but I've tested it out and it clings magnetically to the bottom of the bag and is quite secure. And it does change the look of the bag when unfolded. It's an acquired taste.

The only small thing that detracts from being a perfect bag is the placement of the BP straps hardware through the grab handle. It works well actually, however, I'm concerned that pulling the hardware in and out of handle will damage the handle over time. In a 2.0 version? I'd enlarge the grab handle just enough to accommodate the strap hardware so it prevents undue wear and tear.

I'm thrilled to own this limited edition bag and so very glad I persisted in obtaining one even after it sold out. The silver anniversary logo marks the special bag that it is.

I was torn on which color to get, but so happy with the Carbon Black that I ended up going with. The bag it's self is beautiful very functional. I love that it has multiple pockets inside the bag as well as pockets on the exterior of the bag. I wasn't sure how easy it would be to open and get into the bag when in backpack mode, but I was surprised at how easy I could open up the bag and grab my wallet or whatever I needed out of it. This bag has so many options! I love that the straps are closer together on the shoulder and that they can be fully removed and worn crossbody as well. Very happy with this bag! I've been using it as my daily carry for a couple weeks now.
