The Love 41 Continental Leather Wallet is made from premium full-grain leather. The expensive butter-like zipper had to be imported from Spain and it is all lined with super strong and great feeling pigskin.

Materials

The key to a quality long lasting leather wallet is using full grain leather because leather is like a roof. The top layer is really strong and protective and resistant to water. It's the same with the top layer of the hide. It has the grain on it. The grain on leather is the equivalent of shingles on a roof. Cheap low priced leather wallets are made out of the part of the leather that was split off from the top half of the hide and lost all of it's grain. Kind of like someone shaving the shingles off of your roof. We only use leather to make our wallets that has the full amount of grain on the leather. Full Grain.

Functionality

This wallet is both unique and beautiful because it is made from full-grain leather which will patina over time making it even more beautiful. This wallet is extremely functional and will help you get and stay organized. It has 12 credit card slots (we're not saying you have to fill them all up!), a zippered coin slot, and two slots for your cash and a zippered exterior pocket. It is lined in army green waxed cotton and has RFID protection for extra security. The wallet closes with a leather tabbed zipper.

The story behind this leather wallet

I've always wanted to create a casual wallet that provided enough room for all my needs and with a zipper (Ok, I admit that part of me wanted to put a zipper on it just to bug Dave!). I love the way this wallet turned out because the leather on it is so soft and different than all of our other wallets. I think it's perfect because it allows for lots of storage without being too big, it looks great and it provides a convenient zippered closure - what's not to love!

    Great wallet

    I have so many love41/saddleback wallets and this one is among my favorites. It's a little larger than your average wallet and it fits A ton! I have been obsessed with the small clutch Wallet for so long that my goodies barely touch all the storage of this larger wallet. I still have easy access with this wallet, plenty of storage spots and I love the zipper to keep it all in. One of the reasons I pulled the trigger was because of the meat green accents inside. I also bought one for my mom because I know this is her style.

    The Absolute Best Wallet

    The Continental Wallet is a little bigger than I imagined & I'm thrilled about it. It's soft with a sturdy zipper. The credit cards slide in & out of the sleeves with ease. There's no break-in time like the other wallets with slots. I can fit cards, money, pen, lip gloss, keys, and my big Google Nexus 5 cell phone with a case on it. It's a little snug with all of that in it, but I love that it's a carry-all type of wallet. I don't have to carry all of that in my wallet, but glad to know that I can. What about making it in soft black leather too, that would be great. Love, love, love this wallet.

    Absolutely perfect Wallet

    I never write reviews but this product and the hobo bag both deserve rave reviews. The wallet is a perfect size not too big or small. Everything is very secure when zipped and when I open it nothing falls out. It's durable and made of leather similar to Kivu leather and has RFID protection which is fantastic. Honestly plan to sell my high end brand name wallets because this one is superb.
