The Crossbody Zipper Leather Pouch is made from full-grain (i.e. super tough!) leather. This bag is both beautiful and durable because it has been crafted to the highest quality standards in Old Mexico.

Materials

Unlike our hair, cows are waterproof, right? That’s because the top part of their hide has tightly woven fibers. Our leather is produced keeping all of the natural grain intact (the reason it is called full-grain leather). No scars are shaven or sanded off because that process leaves only a small portion of the grain intact (which is known as top-grain leather). Because full-grain leather is the strongest cow leather on the planet (and the most beautiful in our opinion) that is why we choose to use it. 

Functionality

This pouch has a timeless style and is our only smaller size Crossbody with a zipper. Even though this is small it fits so much. It also has an adjustable leather strap for shoulder or crossbody carry.

The story behind this leather bag

One of the many benefits of children getting older is that mom doesn’t have to carry around so much stuff! As my children have grown, I’ve noticed my bags are getting smaller and with that I realized that we needed more smaller sized bags in our lineup. The Love 41 Crossbody Zipper Leather Pouch is small, but has a lot to love like the pass-through adjustable strap because it is super easy to use and also very comfortable. This bag also stands out from most of our other bags because it is designed vertically rather than horizontally making it super easy to carry. So if you’re looking for that pouch that is not too big and won’t slow you down we think you’ll love this one!

    Perfect Crossbody!

    I’m usually a big bag gal but since Covid, my bags have gotten much smaller. I tried to use one much smaller than this and I just couldn’t do it. THIS one though is the perfect size! Plenty of room to carry your essentials. For me that’s my wallet (I paired it with the original Love 41 bifold wallet), Love 41 wristlet/ID wallet (holds biz cards and extra gift cards), keys, sanitizer, mask, pen pouch (holds 4 fountain pens), readers, lipstick and travel sized hand lotion. I’ve also got the Love 41 chapstick holder clipped to the side of my bag for ease. It is my new FAVORITE everyday carry!

    Perfect Summer Bag!

    I see this bag with a cute sundress, or a bathing suit with a sarong, or even a pair of jeans and sandals. Not only is it lightweight and easy, but it's also the perfect shape! It's feminine, cool, and non-obtrusive!

    The main interior opens at the top for quick and easy access to your keys and wallet and normal purse stuff. The key keeper is right at the top! The back slip pocket is perfect for your phone because it sits nicely against your body and it's plenty big enough for even the largest phones. The front zip pocket is great for whatever items you want to get to fast yet keep secure. This bag is totally lined too in light pigskin, making it easy to clean out and allowing for worry-free use. The strap is super comfy and easy to adjust to any length from short to long and it doesn't pull against your chest.

    Uber-cute bag that's functional! So easy to wear that I forget sometimes I have it on! I love this bag and know I will carry on using it for many years to come!

    This Crossbody Pouch is the perfect size. I love that I can fit my bifold wallet, cell phone, keys, chapstick holder, sunglasses and much more into this pouch. I love being able to have my hands free when going places with this bag. Great bag!
