Just another way to use this classic cigar box that will outlive you!
For over 35 years, I have been married to my best friend. As we get older and acknowledge that we have more days behind us than in days in front of us, my wife asked me what I view as my favorite gift that she has every given me. Without hesitation, I replied that it is all the cards, letters and notes that she has written to me through the years. I still have everyone of them, though set aside in various places through our home and my office. With them being scattered about, it is always a treat when I do stumble upon one of them and I get to enjoy the memories all over again, but I needed to gather them all in one place. When I saw the 20th Anniversary Leather Desk Box, I knew that this was the place. I now have all this correspondence and memories in this box...on the shelf...in my home that I can go to at any time. It it filled with 35 years of remembrances and celebrations...plus it looks good too!
This leather was a particularly lovely shade of "rose brown" (?). Very well made. Large enough to hold my notebook, pen case, and glasses case, but small enough to fit conveniently under mounted monitors. Lovely. Would make a good gift if I didn't want to keep it myself.
It's a beautiful piece and perfect for those priceless little keepsakes. Very high quality.
