Great bag, but needs a little work on the strap design
I've been wearing this for the past 4 days. I got it in the black color, which is a dusty charcoal color, a very good substitute for Carbon, which had been my favorite Saddleback leather color. My only issue is the strap. I don't mind the double ring at all, however, there is a riveted loop which is useless. When you adjust the strap, what hangs does not reach the loop, so it dangles. That riveted loop should be loose, so you can move it to the proper position to hold the loose end of the strap. Please consider doing this. Otherwise, it serves me well for quick trips when i don't need to carry everything.

Simple and sweet little bag
Love this little bag! It fits my Love 41 wallet, keys, and because I like organization I put all of my small items like lip gloss, receipts, mints, hair pins, etc, in separate fabric zipper pouches. I keep my iPhone 6 in the outside pocket. My only complaint with this this bag is the strap!! I'm 5'8, so I have it on the longest length and it's constantly coming loose. I too will be taking it to my local leather shop to have them rivet it at the length I'd like to keep it at. Hopefully they will come out with a replacement strap for this purse, it's easy enough to clip on and off. Another thing I love about this bag is just that - the straps clip on and off, so when you want to use it as a clutch you easily can. So versatile! But please fix the strap issue for women who are over 5' 4"! I noticed in the video she was able to secure the extra flap in the holder along the strap, but I would have to shorten my strap to my daughter's height (she's 5' 3") to be able to secure the flap in the riveted strap holder. Please fix the strap issue to make is useable for women of all heights! Other than that, this bag is perfect.

Just got this great little bag
I got this bag in black and I love it. I love small crossbody bags and this fits me perfectly. I wear this strap at the longest point (I like long bags) and the little strap holder is stationary...so it just sits there. Now I can put a little scarf through there and change the look whenever I want. It is very well made and I LOVE the smell of the leather. I have no doubt that this bag will hold up for years to come. I also love the fact that my purchase helps those in need!

Almost Perfect Little Bag
I got this in chestnut, and the color is gorgeous! The leather feels thick and substantial, but this is not a heavy bag. It's perfect for fitting a kindle, wallet, and little stuff you need throughout the day. The only thing that keeps me from giving it 5 stars is the two adjustable d-rings on the straps. You can't adjust it as long as you might want without a lot of excess length flapping around. I would *much* rather have a simple buckle, like on the mac messenger bag. (And if you guys ever decide to do this, I would happily order a second replacement strap!) But aside from that one annoyance, it's a great, useful little bag to have in your collection.

I have never had such a excellent quality bag. Even my husband wanted to know where I found this, and he guessed that I had paid a lot more after telling him about the company and craftsmanship of their products. I got this in chestnut. I live in the city and this is perfect for my lifestyle. It matches with everything. It is really strong. It holds my stuff plus the kids' small trinkets. This was my first purchase from Love 41 and it will certainly not be my last. I'm seriously wondering why all of my bags and wallets aren't already saddleback leather or love 41. I am very happy with this buy.
