I bought the Universal Backpack in black, and it really looks sharp. I often get compliments on it. I usually wear it slung over one shoulder and noticed immediately how comfortable it felt. I haven't worn it crossbody. The handles are convenient when moving the backpack from one place to another. There are a zipper pocket and a slip pocket inside, but it's the outside zippered pocket that I use the most for my keys and my phone. The only reason I didn't give this a rating of 5 is because the zipper at the top of the backpack is tempermental. I always have to fiddle with it in order to close the zipper. That's actually quite annoying. Overall, I really like the backpack and feel good carrying it.
I have a 1 year old and a 3 year old. I use this as my diaper bag. I have it in the color Tobacco and its gorgeous. I love being able to carry this bag for the use I get out of it bur also for the style. I use it with the cross body feature as well. I am able to put a sippy cup, bottle of water, or bottle on the side. They stretch more over time. This bag holds so much. So excited I found this gem
I have the universal backpack in black, and it's striking. I carry it in backpack mode slung over one shoulder. It's very comfortable. The zipper, though, doesn't work smoothly. It takes some fiddling to get the zipper going. That's why I gave this bag a 4 and not a 5.

Im a full time caregiver for my combat wounded warrior. We have to travel for various medical reasons and personal. This backpack is PERFECT for on the go! I use it to carry the normal purse items, plus his small medical devices, medications, and treats for the service dog. Bonus, I can put two water bottles on the sides. There are two rings on the outside designed to clip the Shoulder strap that comes with it, but I use a carabiner clip to attach a fold up water dish and food bowl for his service dog. It is seriously a backpack I wish I had years ago. Its so amazing! Plus I get compliments everywhere I go. The workmanship is incredible!
