The Leather Belt Bag is made from full-grain (i.e. super tough!) leather. This bag is made from the highest quality material and will prove to be extremely durable over time because it has been crafted to the highest quality standards in Old Mexico.

Materials

The Love 41 Leather Belt Bag  is made with full grain leather. 

Full grain leather is the equivalent of one of those 100 year slate stone rooves. The top layer of a leather hide has what's called grain. That is the tough and tight fiber top layer of any hide. It is resistant to water and stains and deterioration. When a hide is taken off of the cow, it is thick. So, they split it in half separating the lower half from the top half. Then they can sell two hides. One with the grain on it, from which we made this leather belt bag, and a lower grade without grain, that costs next to nothing, to make the low quality fall apart leather bags.  

Functionality


This is a far cry for the fanny packs of old...it's a beautiful way to carry a hands-free purse. This bag is great for travel or when you're out and about with kids because it will allow you to take your essentials with you but keep your hands available for all the other things you need to do. It has a zippered front pocket and a waist strap adjustable to fit most sizes.

The story behind this Leather Belt Bag:

I'll admit I'm a busy mom, but not nearly as busy as a lot of you ladies out there! I'm sure you'd all agree with me that we busy moms usually have our hands full and it's pretty tough to stop and dig through our purses for something. Well this is what I had in mind when I designed the Love 41 Waist Leather Bag. This baby is a hands-free bag and it's super comfortable as well. I think it happens to also be a great size because it's not too big and not too small. It has multiple compartments inside to help you keep all your items organized (big plus!). This is the first belt bag I've ever created that has zippers and I'm really excited about the design. Whether you're a busy mom with lots of kiddos or just a woman on-the-go, the Waist Leather Bag will help you feel organized and keep convenience at your waist!

    Versatile!

    I LOVE the zippers on this bag...smoooooth! This is the most versatile bag I own. I use it as my kayaking fanny pack, my anytime fanny pack too I suppose, a shoulder bag ...just leave the belt on it, a pouch, and a sling. I love it! It's been rained on, scraped up, and sweated on...it still looks amazing. If you're looking for a fanny pack, this Love 41 bag hit the marks for me.

    Leather Belt Bag is Fabulous!

    I love this bag it works perfect for the health screening checks at my center! I am able to put a thermometer, lotion, a mask, hand sanitizer, my cell phone and keys, plus room to spare and be hand free while I am taking temperatures! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE

    One Word...VERSATILE!

    This bag can be used so many different ways: 1) fanny pack, 2) sling--slung over your head and under your arm, 3) as a regular purse, 4) as a pouch...and who knows how else! The quality is top notch too...as with all Love 41. I like that the belt doesn't buckle, but rather has loops to tighten....makes it more feminine...but that also means it can take longer to put on when used as a fanny pack. It's more roomie than you might think and that additional zipper pocket is a nice way to help segregate your valuables. Get it...you won't be disappointed!

    Work of the wonder woman

    I love this at work. I’m a longshoreman/woman. I need that extra pockets. The high vis vest have pockets, but when you have to bend over more then you could count. You start dropping and loosing your stuff from them vest pockets, it does get old. I’ve dropped my cell phone a few times, that was not good. Having this belt bag on my hips was the best game changer ever. Even a water bottle holder was ok to have on your belt, as long as your belt straps was looped through your Jean loops. I have had so many compliments. But scares of size. I can only fit my cell phone, hand sanitizer, chapstick, writing pad, a few pins, sharpies and a couple of disposable gloves. But I know my gear will be where I put it not lost or dropped from my vest. The best purchase I love for work so far. It also doesn’t get in the way. I’m always not doing the same thing every day. I have the black, dusty Carbon color. The best color for what I do for work. I could use one more. But don’t miss out. I feel this is the best product for any kind of work, we’re your hands are free. It’s your belt. Holds more then you can think of. Leather will patina beautiful and stretch too.

    Love it

    Don't be fooled, this holds alot! And I like the thinner belt that will go through any size belt loops. In fact, most of my shorts don't have belt loops and it's still comfortable. I have an iphone 7s with a lifeproof case, and there is plenty of room in the big section for it. We go to the casino often and this holds my phone, key fob, cash, drivers license and various cards. That's just in the big section! Living in Florida, we go to parks, beaches, and boating and this slips into beach bags easily. On 100 degree days, I'd rather have a belt bag than a bookbag or shoulder bag.
