I wanted a make up bag that wasn't made out of plastic or looked like it belonged to my daughter. This bag not only looks grown up and sophisticated, but the fact that it can be converted into a small purse makes it a must have make up bag. Its pigskin lining allows you to be messy because all you have to do is wipe up your mess with a wet cloth. The adjustable strap allows you to wear it over the shoulder, cross body or take it off!

    Multiple uses!

    I don't write reviews enough, and because I am thinking of purchasing a second cosmetic bag (that I never use for cosmetics) I thought I better stop and take the time. This bag is awesome (like all other L41& SBL bags) I have never used it for what it was created for though. I will now tell you what I do use it for. It is my "little purse" that I put inside my simple leather tote, so that when I need to take a smaller bag in a store or just need to keep things separated in my tote I use this. For about a year now I have been a full-time caretaker for my elderly parents and like right now I am sitting in the dining room (so I can hear them) and I have this little gem here with my essentials that I threw in it to keep with me… so it's also my "what I need right now" bag. I can put my iPhone (currently have the X) my lip shimmer, readers and the case, pen, essential oils, small scissors, earbuds, cash, etc etc etc. Let me just say that you will find so many uses for this bag. I need to buy another color so I don't get them mixed up…you will want more than one… you will want to buy them as gifts, you will just LOVE it, and I can guarantee that!

    This is such a darling

    This is such a darling little bag! I just love the way it looks and smells! I purchased to use as a cosmetic bag but actually use it more as a crossbody by attaching the strap. My Flap ID wallet fits perfect too!

    perefect little bag

    I have a few items from Saddleback & Love41 and this is by far my favorite. The bag has a perfect size to have with me when I run errands or when I go out with friends. It holds everything I need.

    And then, if you need something larger for the day, you can take off the long strap and just put it into a different purse or bag (so no need to repack :)

    I initially really wanted to buy this in black, but as they did not have it for a long time I bought tobacco. I am so glad I did. This color keeps growing on me and it goes well with almost everything.
