No Regrets... No Need To Self Justify
I am a recent convert to Saddleback Leather... OK, I'll say it. Hello, my name is Michael and I'm a Saddleback Addict. (Chorus) Hello Michael Well you see, it all started innocently enough when my trusty and beloved Coach wallet started to show signs of wear after a decade or so. Only 10 years? The heartbreak grew worse when I found out that the bifold with ID flap hasn't been made in a decade. Well, ten years was a good run, but I'm 47... and I don't want to go through this heartache every ten years, so I needed to find something more durable. A friend had this gorgeous briefcase, well worn, but still classic and always drawing looks. I asked him who made it, and he told me Saddleback Leather. Saddle what? Well I jumped on the website and found a minimalist wallet, well really an oversized business card holder, but it looked to be just what I wanted. I figured I'd take a chance, and I ordered it. It arrived and the leather was gorgeous - I'm a leather freak (mind out of the gutter folks... maybe), and this did not disappoint. I'm able to put my drivers license, a few of those annoying grocery store loyalty keyring tags, eight pistol permit cards from varying states, my insurance and AAA cards, and a half dozen business cards in it. Stuffed to the gills, its only about an inch thick. It comfortably fits in my back pocket, even when driving! Well that was the free taste that got me hooked... (chorus of fellow addicts) uh huh... testify Next I decided I NEEDED one of those cool briefcases like my buddy has, but I'll be honest, quality costs and I was just starting a new job. Look good and eat Raman with a new bag, or eat like an adult and settle for a lesser bag? I know, GET BOTH! So I started searching on-line for previously owned Saddleback bags, and wouldn't you know it, there are people foolish enough to part with these bags that will last 100 years. One person's idiocy is my opportunity... So I first bought a medium sized dark coffee briefcase, but that wasn't big enough for my 15" Macbook Air. so I then found a Large Thin briefcase, and that held my MacBook fine. But then I wanted something in Black, so I got the smallish tablet sized bag. Stop me, I'm out of control! (chorus of fellow addicts) been there... Well now I've got the bags, but what goes inside. Can't stuff some crappy leather veneer portfolio in there, daddy needs a Saddleback Leather portfolio, and here we are. I can stop anytime I want I swear! (chorus) yeah... we've heard THAT before... This portfolio is amazing. Built to last TWO centuries, tons of room, a side pocket that will hold an 11" MacBook Air or large tablet, a security closure, TWO pen slots - you know there is always THAT guy at the meeting that forgets a pen. I never thought I'd think $200 for a portfolio was a bargain, but Saddleback proved me wrong! I have not been paid for this endorsement, but if Saddleback wanted to throw a poor addict a fix in the form of a black slim business card holder, or some leather bound constitutions, I would not object.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband and he absolutely loves it! He was surprised by how much it holds and he likes that it looks professional without looking too stuffy/formal. Great service and product!

Large Portfolio - Large Value
This portfolio is far and away the best portfolio I have ever owned. It is stylish, functionable, durable, (smells great), screams of character, and I am the only one who has one within my business associates. Most likely, that won't be for much longer, as I receive compliments and reveal that Saddleback Leather is the master of this and many more amazing products.
