This is my 2nd year doing the membership club. I just got my club items and love everything from the leather smell to the unique & beautiful pieces. Pus it is fun getting first dibs on select new pieces. Keep them coming.

I joined the Membership Club initially because I wanted access to the special offerings (such as the much coveted Dusty Carbon - and first access to the restocked MUG)! Although I wasn't sure where the Military Duffel would fit into my rotation (I'm up to 11 bags as I write this), I felt that I would use it or gift it to my son. When I received it - it was so thick and soft - I was glad that I pulled the trigger! The other pieces were just lagniappe. I also knew that I would use the discount and gift certificate - which I almost immediately used to help fund the Membership Trip. Now, the Membership Trip to Guanajuato was a trip that I will never forget. Getting to spend one on one quality time with the Munsons and learn about how everything is put together was priceless. If there was ever a doubt of the quality of the brand AND the people behind it - this trip proved that both are TOP NOTCH! In closing, I am so happy that I joined, and oh, meeting like minded people in person and online has been its own reward! HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Membership - worth so much more than the monetary value listed on this page!
So I have been a Saddleback Leather (SL) customer and fan for a number of years. Initially I was attracted to SL because of their quality leather designs. When I found about the SL Club Membership, I said to myself isn't that neat I'll be able to get more quality Saddleback/Love 41 Leather, some discounts and a gift certificate never really believing that I would travel to Guanajuato, Mexico to tour the factory, tannery, Lion's Heart Academy - the American school founded by Dave and Suzette Munson, and never really believing I would meet them face to face. To me, and now my wife Bonnie who traveled with me, the members trip unveiled the real purpose behind Saddleback Leather and Love 41 and that is to love and help countless people around the world through the sale of the most durable, best designed leather products available. When you visit the Lion's Heart Academy and are so warmly greeted by the administrators, teachers, and students and see and feel the love you see what it is really all about. I have known some loving and quality folks in my life but I have never met such a bunch of loving, like minded people like Dave, Suzette, Jana and other club members that my wife and I had the privilege to speak with and get to know for a wonderful couple of days in beautiful Guanajuato, Mexico. Can't wait to renew my Club Membership for 2025. So if you are thinking about it, go ahead and join. It will be one of the most personally rewarding clubs you ever joined.
