10-stars! This is my fifth Saddleback bag. I have the Thirteener Thin Leather Briefcase, which until this point was my regular carry, the Slim Briefcase, The Flight Bag, and the Front Pocket Backpack. All are excellent quality, but all were lacking in one way or another for my needs. This bag is exactly what I have been looking for! It's the perfect size for me. I love how the front pocket works; it keeps everything that would typically be loose in the bottom of my bag neatly stored—great work to the team at SBL! Should I ever give an SBL bag as a gift, this is the bag.
I purchased this briefcase with DCB. The quality and engineering is amazing. The bag, along with the Flight Bag briefcase, is my favorite. It's sturdy and portable. It has enough room for my business documents, laptop and miscellaneous items. Easy to carry in a car, subway, and while walking in busy streets. Saving up to justify another purchase of this bag.
I own a few different briefcases from Saddleback and this is the classiest, most elegant design yet in my opinion. The leather is thick and tough but the bag still has a very classy look and feel to it. The front pocket fits much much more than I was expecting.
I was able to get this bag before it was available and let me tell you -- if you are in the market for a smaller sized briefcase this is it! The way the bag and pocket opens and closes is something else. It's so satisfying to simply open and close. The first day I carried it I received 4-5 compliments. It has a special look to it that draws attention. Really nice leather bag and really nice job by Saddleback on this one!
