Did not receive my bag :(
I feel really disappointed about this order as I still have not received my order yet.... I placed the order on July 14, it has been well over 1 month already... I understand that with COVID things may be a bit delayed, however I have tried multiple attempt to contact Saddleback via multiple route, phone, live chat, and email... and no one seems to be responding to my inquiry regarding follow up to my order... I love Saddleback and has ordered online previously which was great experience, and has definetely recommended Saddleback to many of my friends and families. But this time around I feel left stranded and very frustrated. I am not aure what is happening? Could someone please respond to me? Thank you.

Simple & Stunning!
This cross-body is the perfect every day bag! I can carry my wallet (the Saddleback long trifold), keys, phone and a bottle of spray hand sanitizer perfectly! I'm hands free while I'm out and my items are stored securely. Plus, it's beautiful and the tobacco color just keeps getting better with age! :)

Go-To Bag
I have the Koraha in Chestnut and Tobacco. I even had one in DCB but decided 3 was too many and it very quickly sold! I love my other two however - they hold an amazing amount! I don't worry about them coming open once that tab is properly secured. As to the strap, I simply knotted it and it stays secure on my shoulder! No complaints on this one!

Great small carry
I bought this bag when it debuted in only tobacco and it’s still going strong. I have quite a collection of bags both synthetic and leather, but I’ve been gifting all my synthetics to my nephew to donate, sell, give away. I’m making room for more Love41. This bag is simple and holds a lot when I need to carry a lot to and from the office. Always a great go to bag that complements any wardrobe
