Great as organizer in backpack too!

Hubby gave me one of these which I used for toiletries when I travel, but it was a bit of a downer at airports because all the liquid stuff has to be in a clear baggie for TSA. Also, it wasn’t getting used much since I don’t travel much. I just got a Love41 Wanderer Backpack and found that this open toiletry bag sits perfectly at the bottom of the backpack to use as an organizer with the little pockets. I can also slide my unprotected 15” laptop in towards the back of the backpack and this toiletry bag keeps it upright and somewhat protected. I will still pack my liquids in a baggie to keep at the top to go through TSA... but when I get to my destination, the toiletry bag can still be used for its intended purpose :). I’ll be using the backpack all the time for work, etc and I’m happy that now this toiletry kit will also get more use as the organizer for the backpack!

    It's friggin cool

Very cool bag with plenty of room for essentials and then some. I like the design and functionality. No need for a loop or handle, just grab it out of your waterbag and chuck it on the counter!

    Best Toiletry Bag I've Found

I'm looking at the other reviews sort of confused. Definitely they are entitled to their opinion, however my experience has been rather different. Awesome quality construction, and I'm digging the new style opening as it stays open conveniently, even as the bag begins to break in. Others have noticed that there is no handle...I have no need of one, but then again I am 6'5" with gorilla hands, so that may play a role. Also, I did notice that if you wish, you can loosen the strap to make a handle of sorts. I wouldn't pack it this way, but if you're carrying it around it definitely would work. Then you wouldn't need to void the warranty with mods. Also, not understanding how anyone would have issues using all available holes in the strap. The nature of the enclosure on this bag is such that to "overstuff" would be rather impossible. You could certainly stretch it a bit, but the opening has a frame in it, so it won't stretch too much. Also, as with other Saddleback merch, it does require a little breaking in, but some of the closer holes do become useful as this happens. As for the last two or so holes that are not usable...I'm not missing them, and I think it would look a little silly without them. A little form to go with your function. Ultimately, this is a large bag that is incredibly capable. I usually pack way too much, and I'm used to travelling overseas for 30 days at a time. This bag may actually be overkill for many travelers, but I think that it's perfect!!!

    Agreat dopp kit

This dopp kit is roomy and well made. In response to the earlier reviews, I've never had one with a carrying strap. I find it convenient to grab and carry with the hinge at either end.
