Product described as in stock on website and ordered two weeks before Valentine's Day as a gift for my wife. No response from Saddleback to my first two messages or emails checking on status. Was told during the third attempt that it was out of stock and would be another three weeks. The Saddleback customer service representative went to great pains to put the lost order down to a new system. Saddleback, your unreliable service is letting down some great products.
