I am SO happy to have found the perfect backpack! It is the perfect size to carry around every day, amazing quality, beautiful soft leather, and super cute and stylish! I have been looking for the PERFECT backpack for months now. I ride my bike to and from work twice a week, and needed a backpack that was light, has plenty of room but still stylish and sturdy. This has been PERFECT. I have the iPad pro 12.9 with the Saddleback cover and it fits inside PERFECTly. Also with all my work files, my lunch, and my Voyager wallet from Love 41. I kept coming back to Saddleback trying to see if a backpack of theirs would work but the others for women were just too small. So I held out and finally Suzette made this perfect backpack....Id like to say it was just for me... :) Perfect.
I LOVE this backpack! I bought it almost a year ago and have been using it daily for a diaper bag. The leather is aging nicely, zipper is strong and like new, and the adjustable straps are a convenient touch. I use a ToteSavvy insert and it has all the pockets I could need! My only gripe is that I'd appreciate large outer side pockets - it is very difficult to put a normal sized water bottle (or sippy cup!) in them without having to leave the top zipper open about 1/3 of the way. Also, I'd love to see an option on being able to skip the brand logo and have it monogrammed instead. Overall, this is exactly what I had been looking for (a diaper backpack that didn't "look" like a diaper bag) and I will absolutely be using it for years to come!
I cannot say enough positive things about this bag. It's got everything I want. It's made from sturdy but not too thick Saddleback leather, exterior pockets, no flap on top, roomy interior but not too big or too small. Has an alternate crossbody strap, stands up when sat on a surface, so It's perfect for books, and now it's in tobacco!!!! What's not to love.
