I bought this bag for us to use as a diaper bag for our toddler. I also figured, if either my wife or daughter wanted to use this as a backpack for any other reason it will work just as good. My wife uses the standard ToteSavvy insert and it fits like a glove. You will not regret owning this bag. Fellas, the wife or gf will love it. Its too bad I didnt buy this bag sooner rather than later.
Absolutely fell in love with this bag from when I opened the package. The color of the leather is gorgeous and almost a bit red. The pockets on the side arent able to fit a water bottle (yet, looking forward to that day) but Ive been using it for car keys and my phone which works out pretty well. After using it for about a week now, the size of it is absolutely perfect. It can fit a smaller laptop easily, as well as all of the other stuff that I usually carry when I have a bigger bag. Love the pocket right when you open the bag. At first I thought it was kind of an odd size but my smaller books fit perfectly in it and dont end up getting bent and crushed at the bottom of my bag, which is always a plus.
I am so happy I was able to get my Universal BP, !!! And I am quite amazed with the size and the texture, I thought it would be too big for me and what I need it to be but it is actually quite the opposite, it is the perfect size, side pockets very comfy to fit a bottle or a thin book, my keys and some mints in the outside front pocket, the inside pocket has with the zipper necessities nobody needs to see!!
I purchased this for my daughter. Shes gone through several backpacks/ backpack purses. Shes hard on her backpacks. She loads them up with heavy items. Shes been using it everyday for over six months and it still looks brand new. shes requesting one in black
I just received this bag and Im already loving it. Its definitely made to last. The leather is gorgeous, the smell is amazing, and I love the unlined interior! Im using it as a diaper bag because I really wanted a durable backpack thats also beautiful! Although its not designed as a diaper bag, Ive found a way to make it function well with individual zipper pouches that contain all of my baby necessities. I have a pouch just for diaper change items, one for snacks and food, and one for basic necessities. Sure, the side pockets wont fit a water bottle very well right now but they will one day when the bag is more broken in. Also, I carry a lot of items so the bag is heavy until its on my back. Once on, I cant even tell how much Im toting around - great weight distribution! The handle at the top is very useful and practical as well. I do wish that the bag came in other colors but you cant go wrong with chestnut - very classic.
