Just as I imagined...
As stated in my previous review, I would post a review once I received my notepad holder. Here it is! My wife bought this for me last week, and arrived on Saturday. Exceeds all of my expectations, to say the least. The SBL script is on the outside, with the dog insignia onthe inside pocket. The stitching is (as always) splendid. Only one rivet on the whole thing, with no seams or hinges to break over time. The weight is a little on the heavy side, but that is that in comparison to QUALITY leather? NOTHING. This came in the Dark Coffee Brown colorway, which in my opinion is the best one. I am going to finish out my collection in this color for sure! To sum this up, I would HIGHLY recommend this to others. I work in an office setting, and today is the first day I've had it here at work. The compliments keep FLOODING in. It's definitely turning some heads.

More organized already.
Just purchased this product a week ago. And feeling more organized already. :p Its the little things.. Absolutly amazing quality in every aspect. I fit two 5x8 note pads in mine. The pocket on the left works great for tucking in one more spot for thought. Give it a squeeze to relieve stress and anxiety. Best thereapy ever. Leather.

Lighter pigskin SUCKS
I bought the smaller version before they rolled out the "new lighter pigskin", which wont match any of the dark coffee brown products you might have purchased before. I don't know why saddleback decided to do this, but it makes all of their dark coffee brown products look cheap. I really wanted a matched set of notepad holders, since I already had the small one which I love. I don't know what they're thinking, but the lighter pigskin looks aweful. Since Dark Coffee Brown is what I have been ordering from Saddleback leather for all of my products, I'm extremely disappointed that I wont be able to purchase anything else from them because I don't like their other colors and this makes their dark coffee brown look horrid. I guess this is goodbye to SaddleBack leather for me :/

Love the light pigskin
I can see from the reviews the new light pigskin liner has received mixed reviews. I actually like it very much and that was why I bought a dark brown notepad holder and wallet. I think the contrast is awesome and actually makes an already good product even classier. You should use it on the back of your belts as well. I got the small size notebook holder, which is perfect for carrying around in my tobacco large round satchel. Great stuff!
