3.5 stars but rounded up to 4. I was excited for the beautiful tote -- the lather and shape is so rich & timeless -- and adjustable straps but when it arrive the strap can go long (like ridiculously long) but not short enough for my liking by several inches. A huge bummer for a bag that advertises itself with strap customizability. My best bet is to hopefully find a cobbler who can add 3 or so additional holes on either strap otherwise, for me, the bag is way too far off the arm and quite uncomfortable when walking.

Oh my goodness...can I give 10 stars?! I love this tote! It arrived today, so I've only owned it for about 8 hours, but I can't get over how much I love it! I have a number of Saddleback/Love 41 bags, but this just might be my favorite! I'm a teacher, & awhile back purchased the Simple Tote & Organizer from Love 41...they were beautiful but just too big for me! This tote is the perfect size--too bad I'm currently teaching from home! Can't wait to really use it! The size is perfect, the straps are great, & of course, the handles are amazing! I already have the Love 41 Bucket Tote that also has these handles, so I knew I was going to love them!
