    Looks Great So Far!

    Just got it.....and am impressed! Holds a fair amount for such a slim profile. Granted, getting the cards in is pretty tight now, but I'm confident it'll stretch a bit as time goes by. I got this because the trifold wallet I've been carrying for years (a pretty nifty, though somewhat rotund, number from Inner Mongolia) has been causing me some back pain because it forces me to sit all wonky. This wallet will fix that problem! Even if I carry it in my back pocket, it's waaaay slimmer than your standard wallet! Yay!!

    RFID would make this wallet perfect!

    I received a black ID Wallet this Christmas. It is my first Saddleback item that isn't in Tobacco, Chestnut, or Dark Coffee Brown but it is fitting in nicely with the rest of my Saddleback items. It holds a whole stack of membership cards as well as my Metrocard, which is great because when I'm commuting I prefer not to pull out my whole wallet as much as possible. One thing that would make this ID wallet perfect is if it had RFID protection, especially since it is meant to be used for credit cards. Because this lacks RFID protection, I don't think I'll be using it to carry anything more than membership cards, my Metrocard, and maybe some cash. Oh, and I don't know if it's because I received an older design, but the card slots of my ID wallet do NOT have the nice stitching across the slots. If only I had made this purchase myself, I probably would have returned it for one with stitching...

    My new favorite wallet

    My 2 year old Saddleback Leather Bi-Fold wallet has been great. My only problem is that my wife is too good of a cook. Hence, my girth has been increasing over time and my overfilled bi-fold wallet is getting harder to slip into my pants pocket. And buying a larger pair of pants is out of the question. So I said to myself, "Self, you have two solutions to this problem. 1) Eat less and slim down. Or 2) Eat the same or more and find a slimmer wallet". Since I plan on keeping my wife for like eternity, I opted for solution #2. Enter Saddleback Leather Solutions. I perused dave's website and discovered the Front Pocket ID Wallet by Saddleback Leather. This wallet is waaaaay cool. It made me take out the 10 or so cards I never use and just keep the ones that I do use. It fits 4-6 cards/license comfortably along with space for enough cash to get you in trouble. And even has a couple of hidden slots! I think this will be my "go to" wallet for quite some time......or until Dave comes up with another cool wallet! Very rugged and sturdy with handsome looks....my wife says. I am not a Saddleback Leather paid representative. Highly recommended but only for those who need a wallet. 5 Stars.

    Amazing

    I have been eyeing this for a little over a year. I was trying to deciding the price was worth it or continue with the department store "leather" wallets. It might be priced at 2x-3x those wallets, but craftsmanship is worth more than that. Plus, it's great for minimalists wallet users. I wish I hadn't waited.

    ... More like Kelsey's Steals. I purchased this wallet on a 25% off Dave's Deals in the color Chestnut. Just received it & the small notepad holder (also bought on a Dave's Deals) and let me tell you.... They are BOTH in impeccable shape. I have inspected these products thoroughly and I still can't find the "flaw"! I bought this as a gift for my husband, he has the bifold wallet and although it is beautiful and holds everything he needs, it is a tad bulky. I purchased the front pocket ID wallet for the times when he will only need his ID and a few cards, a lighter load! After reading several reviews on this product not having the stitching across the openings in the back, to my surprise mine has them! I was just expecting them to not be there based on the other reviews, so it was a pleasant surprise. My only complaint- after putting my ID in the slot in the front, it is VERY very difficult to slide in and out. I am hopeful that this will get easier with time as the wallet is broken in. Other than that, it's beautiful. Pig skin lining throughout and a gorgeous color. Bravo Saddleback!
