    Have 2, of these - quality seems to vary...

    I have 2 of these wallets. I have a black and a tobacco set. The quality between the two seems to vary. The black one is very stiff and the leather edges are solid which is very nice. The tobacco color one seems to be different in that the edges of the center slot bent and tuck under very easily. I guess this is just due to the leather being a natural thing and inconsistent? For what its work, i purchased both of these from Dave's deals. I like the tobacco color but always find myself going back to my black one as the quality of the leather is better. Craftsmanship always remains the best. I love SBL gear. I have these wallets, a medium notepad holder, 2 credit card cases, a medium wallet, a box of scraps for small projects, and will be buying 4 passport holders for the family.

    Perfect Wallet for Anyone!

    I wanted a small wallet to hold my ID, student ID, credit cards and cash. This wallet is perfect. Sometimes I prefer not to carry a purse and this is exactly what I was looking for. I can put this in my pocket and it is not noticeable, which is just what I wanted. I highly recommend this wallet!!

    Simply the best!!

    This wallet has survived three stints through the washing machine and it still looks and feels incredible. I just threw it in a ziplock bag of rice for a day or two and BOOM back to normal. The is the best ID wallet you can buy. It breaks in so well. I am ordering three more for my groomsman gifts. Thanks for such a great product!

    Perfect

    This wallet is the perfect size for me. I used to walk around with a very bulky bi-fold wallet that was always painful to sit on. Putting my old wallet in my front pocket just created an awkward, annoying bulge. This wallet is extremely thin, yet has plenty of space to hold what you need. I'm not going to go into great detail, since there are plenty of other extremely detailed reviews. I'll just say, they were right, and I love this wallet.

    Just Arrived!

    Just opened my mail today to see the wallet I ordered. Very excited after gorging myself on the myriad videos Dave has produced. Hilarious knock-off video by the way! When I got the leather, I couldn’t help but give a big whiff to the side and the pocket inside. Nothing really beats the smell of full-grain leather that has been treated so well. Downside: If it is one, it’s that the slots are darn hard to get cards in and out of. This is probably something that will get better with age, but the difficulty surprised me. Not enough of a downside to regret the purchase, but figured it was worth mentioning to other prospective buyers. Gorgeous leather, very sturdy construction, and the way Dave handles and talks about his own gear makes me feel comfortable with not treating it like fine china.
