Our Full Grain Leather is Key

This wallet was constructed with full-grain leather. Let me explain why that's so important. Leather is like a roof. You have the wood decking and then the shingles. The grain of the leather is the 25% of the top layer of the hide and is the strongest, most resistant to stains and water and has the densest tightly woven leather fibers of the leather. It's like the shingles on the roof. Without the grain, the roof will leak because the wood beneath it will resist, but not for long. Rustic, hardy wallet

The tobacco leather smells like a boot store. It's thick for wallet leather and feels substantial and high quality. The edges are not burnished which makes the wallet seem rustic. Workmanship appears to be very good. I'm happy with the purchase and will likely order the black version also.

A bullet proof wallet

I’m really impress with the built quality of this wallet. The leather is superb and the stitching is clean all around. It smelt very good too! I’m confident this wallet will last me a long time. It is slightly thicker than I want it to be but I can get use to it. Overall, a must have for anybody. I will buy from Saddleback again!
