Front Pocket Wallet Design

A front pocket wallet is a must-have accessory for any man. This minimalist wallet was designed to be unnoticeable in the front pocket. To give it the smallest profile of any wallet like it, I designed it with the top and side unsewn so cash folds and then slides in and is easy to pull out without pulling out your whole wad. There are two card slots to stack up to 5 or 6 cards after the leather stretches. So you have one spot for cards or a fishing license behind the ID window and then space enough to slide cards in behind the ID. That's where I keep a folded up $20 bill that my wife can't find, just in case.

Leather, the Most Critical Part

Cashiers will compliment you on your front pocket leather wallet because we made it with full grain, so it ages way more nicely because it still has all of the pores on it. The leather will only get better looking over time.

Lining the front pocket wallet

Instead of using a thin, shiny, pretty nylon fabric for wallet lining, we line this leather wallet with real pigskin, which is tougher than cow leather. That attached to our super tough full grain leather is how we can offer a 100-year Warranty.

Thread in our front pocket wallet

We sewed it with a marine-grade polyester continuous filament thread, which is strong and resistant. This type of thread is used to sew ship sails and parachutes because it cannot break easily. Even though it costs more than nylon thread, this kind will last much longer.

    Excellent Product, but dislike new feature!

    I have loved my front pocket wallet I ordered, geeze, 14 years ago! No doubt my favorite wallet and have used it every day! Decided I wanted a new color and ordered one without scrutiny. Unfortunately for me, the wallet which when I ordered it, the money portion of the wallet in the inside did not fold open. I am a bit disappointed with the new design but I should have taken a closer look at it. Overall still a beautiful and time tested design that will last forever with occasional care. I may give it a try or consider buying a medium bifold and seeing if it will fit in my front pocket.

    Wallet

    As always, I am never disappointed with Saddleback products. The slimmer wallet is much better. A suggestion - my son and his wife just had a son so i am a proud grandpa. We kept him this weekend so they could go out. They have a very nice diaper bag/backpack but my first thought - Saddleback could design a great diaper backpack!! hmm.. guys? Probably just a few extra pockets etc. on your current backpacks??

    I have owned this for about three years now, and I absolutely love this wallet. It is slim and holds the few things I carry with me. I have cashiers commenting about it.

    Great Wallet

    I had my original Front Pocket Leather ID Wallet for several years. The stitching starting to come out. Saddleback honored their lifetime guarantee and quickly sent me a replacement which I know have had for 8 years or so. Still in perfect condition.     Love the Front Pocket Leather ID Wallet

    I purchased the Front Pocket Leather ID Wallet and the Medium Bifold Leather Wallet together as a one two punch when my old leather wallet called it quits. I use the Front Pocket Wallet as my daily driver. It's perfect, has my license and a couple of credit cards. It fits perfect in my front pocket and I can even stash a little pocket money in the middle. The color is darkening nicely. I've had it for about 6 months and waited to do a review after some usage. Great product Saddleback Leather - I highly recommend it!
